Ryan is third generation of underground contractors, growing up in the construction industry working right out of high school for family owned construction companies such as Arby Construction and KS Energy. Ryan’s family has been in the construction or restaurant industry for generations. Although most of Ryan’s professional career has been in construction, he was able to obtain 9 years of restaurant management skills excelling in everything from managing inventory, management of personnel, accounting, operations manager, and human resource manager. In 2006 Ryan rejoined the construction industry with a focus on gas, electric, telephone and fiber-optics instillation. In 2010, Ryan transitioned his focus to directional drilling and has spent this time honing his craft, building the name of top driller within KS. Through these experiences Ryan has a variety of contacts in supply chain with major utilities in the Midwest. Ryan also has a very strong workforce following, and has key members lined up to train and develop a strong sustainable team.
